I am sorry I have not had time to think or write, so I am sharing with some more articles that resonated with me this week. Mark Manson seems to be doing it for me recently. (Sorry he tends to swear a bit, if that is offensive to anyone. His message is useful.).
I hope these are helpful to you and I hope to be back writing again soon. In the meantime, enjoy interacting with these articles.

When I do get the chance, I want to spend some time exploring the common themes of contentment with here and now, not when. It is something that I have been struggling with. I think I am doing better though, and trying to focus on what’s important to me - people, making real connections, acknowledging myself and being grateful for my life. It’s all a process.
I have also been thinking a lot about being compassionate, taking the time to understand the other person’s perspective. Real understanding goes such a long way and trust me, the person with whom you are interacting will be so grateful that you took the time to empathise with them. We get distracted and caught up with our feelings, but you’ll bring about a lot of peace of mind and calm if you tried to remember that everyone else has feelings too. None more important than the other.
Have a great weekend all!
